The whole Y-Strap Team is working with the utmost precautions but with the same motivation as always to deliver the best quality product and service to its customers, regardless of the extreme situation. You can purchase your new Y-Strap as normal by simply placing your Y-Strap order online.

Delivery Times

We are in permanent contact with the different logistics operators to take all safety precautions when shipping your Y-Strap order. To combat longer delays within the Standard courier system, we have now decided to upgrade all orders to the fastest express courier available for each destination for free. All shipments are shipped out as soon as possible on the same or next available business day.

Express couriers vary for different destinations (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, Correos Express,…) and may possibly be interchanged in the future should more couriers restrict their service levels.

As an example, instead of the Standard USPS/Canada Post the express courier to the US & Canada is currently DHL with the local DHL partner Zeleris, which will usually take around 2-4 working days. To the UK and Scandinavia it is currently UPS Express which will usually take around 1-4 working days. Couriers for other EU-destinations vary but are also usually delivered within 2-4 working days. The express Courier for Australia is currently also DHL with the local DHL partner Zeleris, which usually takes 4-6 working days.

Following government directives in terms of mobility and restrictions within companies, most departments and employees are executing their tasks via teleworking. Where this is not possible, all measures as advised by the government and health authorities are taken to combat the spread of COVID-19.
